About us

Our Approach

We work closely with the best and brightest entrepreneurs and technologists to help turn ideas into category-defining companies. Our experience in the wireless, software and communications sectors allow us to be uniquely effective in building value quickly. By early involvement, we can help entrepreneurs get it right on the first try – the technology architecture, the business model, the financing plan, and strategic framework. This allows precious resources to be used for maximum advantage, leaving the founding team with a larger share of the company.

As VC funds have increased in size, they must put more money to work in their companies. Hence, they are often in conflict with entrepreneurs founding companies – they either don’t have the time for the kind of direct involvement the entrepreneur needs and/or they want to put more money into the company which might have long-term repercussions.

Our model is an entrepreneur-friendly one. We select a few projects a year to ensure that our involvement is timely and relevant. Feel free to contact us..
